Abdominoplasty techniques have evolved with our improved understanding of vascular anatomy, tissue mechanics, and patient preferences. As a result, today, surgeons are well equipped an armamentarium evidence-based adjuncts that safely effectively address abdominal lipodystrophy, skin flaccidity, myofascial laxity. is now one the most common procedures performed by plastic in United States, rates projected to increase growing popularity bariatric surgery, aging population, increasing motivation from generation patients who undergone liposuction alone. The present article reviews authors’ current technique.
